May 2011 Dog Shows
by Shannon Ripplinger on 05/19/11
We had a wonderful four day show at our annual ABQ May shows!!!
The rottie grandkids out of our Vegas (Multi V1 Sieger CH Cammcastles Viva Las Vegas V QR, CD, TT, CS) won the major 3 out of the 4 days!!!
It was our very first time showing the Poms, our newest adventure! Our puppy, Griz took Winner's Dog and Best of Opposite on day one - his first time in the ring along with taking Reserve Winner's Dog on day two.
We were blessed to be able to spend quality fun time with all of our dog show family out here before out move!!!
The Rottie Nationals were also going on this past week and more of our rottie grandkids did some amazing things there!!!
The grandkids out of Vegas and Tanzi (CH Cammcastles Tanzanite VonKiltzen, TT) placed in both puppy sweeps and regular classes with one grandkid winning Best Puppy In Show over 133 other pups!!! Their mother (Keona's Bringing Sexy Back V Vegas) also completed her CD at the Nationals!
We are very proud of all of the grandbabies out there right now!!!
Keona Ranch Moving Home To Georgia!!!
by Shannon Ripplinger on 04/29/11
Life has been moving extremely fast over the last 6 months for us here at Keona Ranch. As a die-hard Rottie owner since 1988, I fell in love with the Pom-Poms at the shows over the last few years and always knew I would have one in my life. That possibility came true Christmas when we added a beautiful set of foundation show Poms to our family from Theresa at TNT Pomeranians here in New Mexico!
We have also made the decision to move home to Georgia to be with our families. Keona Ranch will be relocating at the end of May to our 22 acres of land in Cochran, Georgia.
We have so many wonderful memories and special friends here in the Land of Enchantment. Thank you all for being a part of our lives throughout the years!!!

New Keona Website
by Shannon Ripplinger on 11/21/10
We now have our new website up! The Keona Rottweilers website is still up and we have links to our Rottie pages we had set up on there for years. It is no longer maintained and the contact information is out of date but all the old Keona history is still there :)
We are very excited as we now have our Alpacas here with us as well as the Rotties. We have new additions from Monaco Pines Alpaca Farm in Texas and Square Top Ranch Alpacas in Arizona. Huge thank you to these farms for their help!
